Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellation by Parent/Guardian: If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us as soon as possible. The following refund structure will apply: More than 30 days before the start of the camp: Full refund will be given, minus processing fee of $50 for each cancelled week/per child. 15 to 30 days before the start of the camp: 50% refund. Less than 15 days before the start of the camp: No refund. Refund requests must be made in writing to vtsakelova@gmail.com. Cancellation by Camp: In the event that the camp is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, weather-related issues, or other emergencies), a full refund will be issued to all registered participants. If the camp is unable to be held due to public health concerns or government mandates, a refund or camp credit will be provided based on the situation.
